This Privacy Policy explains how Creator Draft Desk collects, uses, shares, and protects information when creators and authorized social media managers use the service to prepare, upload, and post creator-owned TikTok videos.

Summary

Creator Draft Desk uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API only after a user authorizes access. We use that access to identify the connected TikTok account and to upload or post videos the user selects. We do not scrape TikTok, automate engagement, sell TikTok data, or collect TikTok passwords.

Information We Collect

  • Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, creator role, and workspace settings.
  • TikTok account information that you authorize through TikTok Login Kit, such as open ID, display name, and avatar, for the purpose of showing which TikTok account is connected.
  • Creator-owned media that you choose to upload or submit through the app, including video files, captions, draft metadata, post settings, and upload status identifiers returned by TikTok.
  • Operational data, such as upload logs, error logs, timestamps, browser/device information, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Information

  • To connect your authorized TikTok account to Creator Draft Desk.
  • To let you upload creator-owned videos to TikTok as drafts for further review and posting inside TikTok.
  • To let you directly post creator-owned videos to TikTok when you intentionally choose direct posting and authorize the required scope.
  • To show upload status, publish status, and related workflow information in your dashboard.
  • To troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

TikTok Data

  • Creator Draft Desk only accesses TikTok data after you authorize the app through TikTok.
  • The app requests user.info.basic to identify the authorized TikTok account, video.upload to upload selected content to TikTok's inbox/draft flow, and video.publish to post selected content directly when you choose that mode.
  • Creator Draft Desk does not collect your TikTok password, does not scrape TikTok, does not access accounts you have not authorized, and does not automate likes, comments, follows, direct messages, or engagement activity.
  • You can revoke the app's TikTok access through TikTok's account settings or by contacting us to disconnect your workspace.

Sharing

  • We share information with TikTok only as needed to complete the upload or posting action you request.
  • We may use service providers for hosting, storage, logging, security, and analytics, but they may only process data for operating Creator Draft Desk.
  • We do not sell personal information. We do not use TikTok account data for third-party advertising.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Storage And Retention

  • Uploaded media may be stored temporarily while an upload or posting workflow is processed.
  • Workspace records, connected-account identifiers, captions, post settings, upload status, and audit logs may be retained while your account is active.
  • We delete or de-identify personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless retention is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Your Choices

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of your Creator Draft Desk account data.
  • You may disconnect TikTok authorization by revoking access in TikTok or by contacting us.
  • You are responsible for removing or deleting any published TikTok content through TikTok if you no longer want it available on TikTok.

Children

Creator Draft Desk is not intended for children under 13 or for anyone below the minimum age required to use TikTok in their jurisdiction.
