Terms of Service

Who May Use The Service

• Creator Draft Desk is for creators, artists, and authorized social media managers who prepare and manage creator-owned short-form video content.
• You must have authority to use each TikTok account you connect and each video, caption, sound, image, trademark, or other asset you submit.
• You may not use Creator Draft Desk to access or manage accounts without permission.

TikTok Integration

• Creator Draft Desk uses TikTok Login Kit so you can authorize your own TikTok account.
• The service may use user.info.basic to show the connected TikTok account identity in your dashboard.
• The service may use video.upload to send a selected creator-owned video to TikTok's inbox/draft flow so you can continue reviewing, editing, and posting in TikTok.
• The service may use video.publish to directly post a selected creator-owned video to your TikTok profile when you intentionally choose direct posting.
• TikTok may impose limits, requirements, moderation decisions, private visibility restrictions, or other controls outside Creator Draft Desk's control.

Creator Content

• You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Creator Draft Desk the limited permission needed to process, store, upload, transmit, and display that content for the service.
• You are responsible for reviewing captions, media, settings, and account selections before uploading or posting.
• You are responsible for complying with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, music rights, copyright rules, advertising rules, and any laws that apply to your content.
• Do not submit illegal, infringing, misleading, harmful, private, or unauthorized content.

Prohibited Use

• You may not use Creator Draft Desk for scraping, bot behavior, spam, fake engagement, mass unsolicited posting, or platform manipulation.
• You may not use the service to automate likes, comments, follows, direct messages, or other TikTok engagement actions.
• You may not bypass TikTok permissions, rate limits, review requirements, or content controls.
• You may not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, or misuse another user's data.

Service Availability

• Creator Draft Desk may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, compliance, product changes, or third-party API changes.
• TikTok API availability, authorization, upload status, posting status, moderation, and publication outcomes are controlled by TikTok and the authorized user.
• The service is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Accounts And Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, infringed rights, or misused TikTok integrations.
• You may stop using the service and may request deletion or disconnection of your workspace data.
• Termination does not automatically remove content already posted to TikTok; you must manage published content through TikTok.

Disclaimers And Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Creator Draft Desk disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or website.
